4 months old baby crying from last hour

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 4 months old crying at a stretch from last hour or so. From last couple of days he isn't sleeping at night and was uneasy too. At times he is as such. Let me tell you he was vaccinated the monthly ones on 5th. Having temperature given dosages of paracetamol as necessary. This morning when he started crying gave him a dose of gripe water. But he didn't stop crying. Is there anything that I could do. Please advise.

First rule out any swelling at vaccination site. If it's normal. Then your child probably having evening colic. This is common at this age. And is physiological. Meet your pediatrician for colic medication. On this platform medications are not allowed to prescribe. Hope your doubts are cleared. Gripe water is not recommended by us. It's an ayurvedic preparation and can be harmful for babies.
