How many times we should breast feed 4 months old girl baby? I feed her on demand in a day 4 times and in night 2-3 times is it ok or we should feed more?

Ensure demand feed along with complete emptying of one breast before shifting to the other. Proper weight gain, baby sleeping after each feed and atleast 4 to 6times urination suggest adequate feeding.

Feeding on demand is a method.
But see that it is adequate or not. Try to feedfor 15to20 minutes every time.
And check how many times passing urine if it is 5 times a day minimum is ok.
If not give more feeds.
Weight gain also is an indicator of proper Feeding.
