No need to start antibiotics.. Though start with probiotic syp. Rinifol 2.5 ml 2 times a day x 5 days You can give calpol drops 1ml SOS when temp 99f or more than that Continue breastfeeding Watch on urine output Use cotton diapers Apply candid cream three times a day for five days Then use Himalaya diaper rash cream for regular use If baby cries due to abdo cramps.. give colimex drops 0.5 ml SOS

Is child on top feed and how it's been given?? What about urine output?? Is child feeding well??
