32-Male with Phimosis (non acquired)
I am 32 years old male. I have phimosis which is not acquired. It's always been. I could never pull my foreskin over the head. As I ensure proper cleaning everyday, I have never had any infection. I could continue with the condition but for my sexual life. As the skin does not pull over, I have trouble having sex with condom as it comes out loose. Besides, on strong erection I could feel the stress. Sometimes I have to suffer with torn akin at the tip. I have following query. 1. Is it treatable now (age 32 years and closing 33) 2. If there is any non surgical option? (preferred) 3. If circumcision is the option how safe is it now? Thanks

Circumcision is what required for you. No conservative treatment would work in a long run. Earlier is better.
