Masturbation is normal but excessive may be not. Excessive will lead to chaffing of the glans and prepuce which most likely you had. Lubricate it with vaseline or any paraffin type lubricant, clean it moderately. Keep the glans covered with foreskin if you have it, otherwise lubricate more frequently. Other treatments can be advised if needed.

Immediately stop this bcoz it can be lead to many complications. First, an important point: masturbation is generally normal and safe for most people. Medical science does not consider it harmful when done in moderation. Many fears around it come from myths. # Possible short-term issues (if excessive or rough) Fatigue or weakness (temporary) Genital irritation, pain, or redness Skin injury if done very frequently or forcefully Temporary decrease in sensitivity # Psychological / habit-related issues (in some people) Guilt or anxiety (often due to cultural or personal beliefs) Addiction-like behavior (loss of control, doing it many times daily) Reduced focus on work or studies Less interest in real-life relationships if excessive and combined with porn overuse
