Masturbation is normal.  It takes 64 to 74 days for new sperms to be formed by healthy male body. Hence unless some other factor is present which inhibits sperm production.

Masturbation does not cause infertility — this is one of the most common misconceptions but has no scientific basis at all. The body continuously produces new sperm throughout a man's lifetime, and this process is not permanently diminished by masturbation. Sperm replenishes within a few days after any ejaculation, and there is no concept of permanently 'losing' your sperm reserve through masturbation. You can approach your marriage with full confidence that this concern is not something you need to worry about.
Next Steps
If you wish to have complete peace of mind, a simple semen analysis test done before marriage will give you a clear picture of sperm count and quality. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Masturbation during adolescence or adulthood does not cause loss of sperm permanently and is not a cause of infertility. The body continuously produces new sperm throughout adult life. Fertility depends on factors such as sperm count, motility, morphology, hormonal status, lifestyle habits, and any underlying medical conditions—not on past masturbation frequency. If you have normal sexual function and no significant health issues, there is usually no reason to worry. If you would like reassurance before marriage, a semen analysis can objectively assess your fertility status.

No, masturbation in the past does not cause infertility. Sperm are continuously produced by the body throughout life, and masturbation does not permanently reduce sperm count or fertility. If you have normal sexual function and no other medical issues, there is usually no need to worry. Many men who masturbated regularly in their younger years have normal fertility and healthy children.
Next Steps
If you are still concerned, you can get a semen analysis done after marriage or before planning a pregnancy. This will assess sperm count, motility, and morphology.
Health Tips
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly, avoid smoking and excessive alcohol, get adequate sleep, and manage stress, as these factors have a greater impact on fertility than masturbation.
