2 miscarriages. Me out what can i do!

Hello doctors, need help In January  2021 I had miscarriage  of 6-7  week  pregnancy, heart beat of my baby come and week after it stopped. Than miscarriage  via tablets Than we took 6 month of gap and again started trying .it took too long for us to conceive again . It took 9 month and I Conceive  again in May 2022 . I was taking ecospring . Folic acid. And thyroid tablet as my thyroid is 3.1, since trying  to Conceive. Once I tested positive  for pregnancy my doctor prescribed  me progesterone  200 mg tablet in night. Everything  was perfect  and one day I woke up and started  bleeding heavily  with cramp and again miscarriage  of 5 week pregnancy My doctor  said May be it was chemical  Pregnancy . I had 2 miscarriage  ...I am very depressed  don't know what to do next. I am 27 year old and my husband  is 34.  I desperately  want baby .plz help me out what can I do
