2 enlarged gland in neck

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had 1 enlarged gland b/w left jaw and neck without pain from 6 month...now I am feeling another one small below jaw with pain. Big one is in bean shape,soft and movable.No other symptoms... What is the reason,Kindly guide
