Little pain at somtime in submandibular gland of right side pain comes and goes any time but swelling remains constant since 2 yrs in right side of gland . From 1 month particular pain stays on back of neck where skull last and also in particular place inside head all time all these happens in right side of head and neck.
Unable to find any good doctor for the cure my bad 2 doctors said gland must be removed but i want solution without removal if there is any chance cause gland is secreting saliva but swelling not goes.

If tests such as ultrasound and fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling have confirmed enlargements of submandibular gland then probable diagnose would be chronic submandibular sialadenitis. In some situations sialendoscopy may be helpful. If there are multiple stones in the gland then surgery may be the only option
