Dear Doctor, My daughter has had a fever for a week. We went to a nearby pediatrician and he suggested Paracetamol (250) and 2 cough syrup (kind of). But still she is having a fever but she is active as well. Please assist what to do.

If fever since one week then do blood tests

If fever more than 1 week, will need more information regarding other complaints. Also, after consultation blood tests might be needed.
