160/110 to 148/99 to 118/73
Few days back I had a headache so I went to a doctor there she checked my bp it was 160/110 and asked me to come three days after again it was around 150/100 and from there I started to have a walk and eat food with less salt and sleep well also as being a hypochondriac I started distracting and avoiding stress about my health and then I had a reading of 148/99 after two days of following all the above I took bp again today it was 118/73 what should I do now should start my bp medication or what should I do now I also took sugar and urea cholesterol fat and all came normal but I was very stressed out on the time I took my bp first which came as 160/110 also I was obese and very lazy always fear about health symptoms but now I am revisiting and changing things. Kindly help me with this on my history I am a hypochondriac fear and worry a lot about the pandemic it's been 10 days from now my bp is reduced from 160/110 to 118/72. Again help me with this I could also contact any one quick
