Get urine examination routine and microscopic done to look for urinary infection caused by stone.
Get a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to for functional damage caused by stone to the affected kidney.ureteroscopic lithotripsy removal may be treatment of choice in such cases.get full work up done and consult a urologist in the locality
