I am 21 yrs old , female. I have regular constipation and from some days I have gas in the evening time (even when I'm not hungry) . I have to go 2 or 3 times to bathroom means it's not clear in first time. Due to which pimples erupt on my face, whenever this happens. Also I m seeing a lot of hairfall these days. I have noticed my muscles moving to and fro on their own in arms, legs waist for a few seconds . whenever I stretch my arms towards sky and wait fr like half a minute to do something or even for exercising I feel they are feeling heavy and I feel tired of my hands. after bringing them down it feels like blood rushing to them heavily.

Hi there I understand your concern... Due to constipation pimples and hair loss will not happen...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
