Hi doctor, I m 11 weeks pregnant and I am still having pain in lower abdomen and discharge..in early pregnancy..I was suffering from nausea and no food craving..but from sometime.. I don't vomit..is my baby fine? I m afraid if he has no heartbeat now.. my Doctor advised me not to do ultrasound before 12 weeks..please advise asap
