Low Hcg at 5 week of pregnancy
Hello doc, My LMp was 24th april 2021 Yesterday i did beta hcg test as my period is delayed by 8 days but the result is beta hcg is very low. Shows less than 4 week pregnancy. And the value is 242.9mIu/ml Is low hcg leads to miscarriage?

We cannot tell how the pregnancy is just with one value. You need to repeat the beta hcg test after 48 hours. If there is doubling, then the pregnancy is good.

You should repeat the beta HCG( after one day) alternate day. Doubling of level indicates a normal pregnancy.
