My baby is 6 months old and is having fever of 100.4 from last 3-4 hours. Kindly suggest the medicine

Hello, please give drop. paracetamol for symptomatic relief from fever. The dose will depend on the weight of the child. Taking the average weight of 6 to 7 kg at 6 months of age. You can give : Drop crocin 1 ml SOS for fever. (maintain a gap of 5 to 6 hours between the doses)
