10 wks pregnant Can I have cremaffin syp

Hello, I am 10 weeks pregnant and severely constipated as m barely eating and drinking. Whatever I eat or drink comes out. My Gynac prescribed Duphalac syp but I already have Cremaffin Syp at home. Can I have that ? She gave me Doxinate first and then Ondem for vomitting but it doesn't seem to be helping either.
