Hi, Passing stool five times a day should not bother you for now. In the food habit of your baby: increase variation and remember to include protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals: adding fish or egg, mashed rice, vegetables and a fruit each day is enough if given 5 times a day; one katori full. Continue with breastfeeds too if your baby is taking breast milk; otherwise give pasteurised milk. Also start giving him finger foods like biscuits/cake so that baby develops habit to eat on his or her own which is a very important milestone to develop.
