My daughter is 10 months old and all of a sudden from past 1 week she is refusing solids when she knows she will be fed. Even the food that she would love before also she is not taking. She is active and urinates well. She is not teething. Please advise if any syrup to improve her appetite.

Infants start to throw tantrum and show food preferences from 12 to 18 month period, make sure she doesn't have fever cough and cold, it could be upper respiratory tract infection/inflammation, it's good she is active.
Next Steps
Try giving her warm water and saline gargle,if she refuses solid food still then please see a pediatrician for further examination

Taking less food is common at this age as the growth rate slows down. There is nothing to worry about as she is active as you mentioned. Monitor her weight. Be ready to accept less food intake.
Next Steps
Visit a pediatrician for a check up to rule out illness
