1 month old baby constantly have gas

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 1 month old baby has gas and constantly make pressure to pass the gas or even stool,we tried giving colicarmin and gripe water but it is not helping. Also someone suggested about somva 34. Please suggest me how to treat him and help him.

Straining to pass stool/ gas and crying while passing urine is all normal . If this affects his feeding or sleep then give colicarmin otherwise don’t medicate. All this will only settle with time. Don’t give gripe water
