Asymptomatic 25 y old male.3 month ago did a blood test 12 hour fasting total bilirubin 2.1 direct bil 0.1 one week after abstinence from alcohol and 6 hour fast blood test, total bil 1.4 direct bil 0.2 , 3 months later 6 hours fasting blood test total bil 1.5 direct bil 0.2 , in all these 3 tests all my liver enzymes +other blood counts wr norm

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's just marginally high. Just quit alcohol and smoking. There is chance for improvement on its own. If not, then it can increase.
