Positive australia antigen means you have Hepatitis B (HbsAg positive state). All your problems - jaundice, fatigue could be because of this only. You require full evaluation of the same - LFT/USG/HBV DNA/E antigen. So please consult - Gastroenterologist or Hepatologist for the same. All the family members also require screening.
