Dr.S Karmokar is truly the lady with the lamp. She's always ready to help her patients anytime with a smile. She solves problems with patience. We had a very good experience with her. I thank her wholeheartedly for always helping us in curing our ailments

Dr. Shoibalini is ********* ************* *** *** very helpful during the Covid situation. Me & my family was suffering because of covid and Dr. Shoibalini was always available. She took extreme good care of me as well as my family, kept a track of our SpO2 on regular basis, prescribing medication, diet etc. Even after we recovered she did a regular follow up to make sure the infection is gone and we are safe!

I contacted Dr Shoibalini when I was down with a very high fever, it reached 104. I was really worried but she told me to relax and her diagnosis was spot on. Not only this but she was available on call / whatsapp whenever i had the smallest of queries. Following her diagnosis, i was fit and fine within a week. Really appreciate her kind and caring attitude, which is what one looks for when consulting a doctor for the first time. Kudos to you doc!

She was very patient in hearing out my previous history, was friendly and didnt rush through anything and explained everything in detail. And also explained why she was prescribing certain medications in extensive detail. All in all a very good visit. Will definitely recommend.

I have consulted her several times, both in the clinic and over phone calls, and my experience had always been positive. However, the last time I reached out regarding a constipation-related issue, she was travelling and took some time to respond. Although she eventually shared a prescription, when I had follow-up questions about the medicines, I did not receive any response, even though I was in considerable pain at the time.As a doctor, I believe patient concerns and timely communication should be her top priority..
