She provides both online and in-person psychological services to adolescents and adults from diverse sociocultural backgrounds, helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns.She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma-related difficulties, stress and adjustment issues, personality concerns, relationship and interpersonal challenges, sleep disturbances, emotional dysregulation, parental concerns, burnout, and other psychological difficulties. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual's unique experiences and strengths.She follows a client-centred, evidence-based eclectic approach, integrating therapeutic techniques from CBT, DBT, ERP, IPT, MET, RPT, IPSRT, mindfulness-based interventions, and Schema Therapy.
