Zsr circumcision weird things happening

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've got bxo and tested positive for k. neumonie in urine culture test . I got circumcised on 24 th and it's my 5 th day today I've had a night fall and weird things started to happen see pics . One is i guess of bacteria and for some reason penis crust looks like it got a cut not able to understand why.
