Yellowish pus on tonsils

Asked for Female, 9 Years

Hello Doctor, My 9 years old daughter had fever 10 days back. next day i took her to see doctor. He prescribed meftal for fever and ambroidil s + for cough. Fever used to come back every 12 hours after taking meftal. and then i saw small white patch on her right tonsil. then doctor prescribed clavam 375. she has been taking clavam for 7 days now and white patch has become very big and expanded with yellowish color. please suggest what should i do? Thank you for your time.
