Yellow with black string poop - newborn
Hi all, I have 27 days old baby. I have feed only breast milk to my baby.. From yesterday evening onwards my baby poop like yellow with black string . Till now  9 times she pooped. I used to give multi vitamin drops to her... I am so much worried. What is the reason for yellow with black string poop?

Hello, Child with exclusively breastfed, yellow or green colour stool is normal. Initially for first few days its black or dark green and then gradually it will green to yellow. If you are giving iron drops then also child may passed black stool.
Next Steps
Continue breastfeed and if there is blood in stool or too much watery stool then consult pediatrician
