Yellow urine color

Whenever I goto bathroom to urinate, I see it's yellow in color. What could it be? What could be the reason. Do I need to goto doctor or is there any solution to it. It'd really great if you can explain in details. Thanks in advance!

Normal urine color varies, depending on how much water you drink. Fluids dilute the yellow pigments in urine, so the more you drink, the clearer your urine looks. When you drink less, the color becomes more concentrated. Severe dehydration can produce urine the color of amber. When you're dehydrated, your urine becomes more concentrated and darker in color. If you notice this happening, it may be a sign that you need more fluids. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids each day to stay hydrated and keep yourself healthy.
