Yellow tooth due to high flouride conte

I hace yellow teeth. i consulted a doctor before he told me this will only be cleanes by removing upper layer only but this will weaken my teeth . i don't want this. tell me something good.

If it a stain then we can go for cleaning n polishing. N if the yellow colour due to fluorosis stain we can go for bleaching. But need to see what type of stain it is according to that the treatment can be done.
