Yellowish discolouration is due to
**Deposits(plaqueand calculus)
** Tea and coffee stains
**smoking and pan stains
**Flurosis
You need to go for scaling and polishing to remove these deposits and stains..
For mild flurosis, you have to undergo tooth whitening procedure..
For severe flurosis cases, laminates can be done....
