Yellow saliva and stomachache
I always have yellow saliva in the morning and pain in my stomach.should I be worried about it? Does swallowing this saliva causes stomach cancer or any other disease?I had a problem in digestion and I took medicines but the yellow saliva won’t go away.What should I do ?
