Hello.... Flu is most commonly caused by influenza virus ,but vaccination don't provide complete protection against influenza.. Since flu is seasonal person has to take it yearly. Cost effectivenes also important. Most of viral infection subsides on its own.Flu vaccines has to be updated regularly to provide optimal protection from the rapidly changing virus..
