My mother was having fever with body pain from 15 April Azithromycin dolo vitamin c etc was given Today is 9th day of 1st symptom Now she is having जकड़न in the chest and the phlgem Or mucus is not coming out May be mucus is not formed we gave her Mucinac AB X ray has been done १० minutes ago Please tell about the x ray regarding Pneumonia No Dr is available in my locn pls help

Okay... There are some changes in what seems to the right lower lobe. There is also some indication of a minimal pleural effusion. However your x ray isn't very clear. What are the other symptoms? Does she have dry cough, audible breathing, breathlessness? Was a covid test done for her? Your history even with the x ray isn't adequate to come to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
if indeed she has symptoms like breathlessness,noisy breathing, bloody sputum, persistent cough you ought to consult a doctor physically. and I would strongly suggest that you get a covid rtpcr done. please feel free to contact me for more information. thank you
