Wrist problem
I have ligament strech problem in a right wrist near tfcc . I am feeling pain when ever i play some sports or any work . When i do some work its pain . Extreme work only pain other wise its fine I am facing so much problem with this Because i am not able to go gym or any sports such as circket badminton Please help

hello der it may be due to ligament tear fibrosis or contracture consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
