Before thinking about surgery on ligaments if wrist and knees please get down to the root of the problem by meeting an orthopaedic surgeon and first know yourself from the doctor what exactly you have done and the diagnosis. Going under knife is not a joke which many quacks in our country do if you are vulnerable.
