I got some kind of wound on my mouth floor and my throat is paining while swallowing. I observed this a week back but then i thought i might be of heat in body, but now i am worried.

Primarily it would be more helpful to have the history of smoking etc. However, it could be common mouth ulcer in the floor of your mouth and throat region. As it has stayed for a week plus few days please see a dentist to get it clarified. Salt water rinsing can give you some relief.
