Wounds in the Ear! - Infection?
My baby girl is around 8 Months old. She often gets wounds inside her Ears. This was since her birth. It heals and again when she touches it, it starts to bleed. I trim her nails every now and then. I never touch it/clean it/use Ear Buds. I just wipe it once after her Bath. Do I have to worry? Do I have to take her to the Doc? Does it need cleaning? Attaching a Picture of it.

It seems to be superficial abrasions or scratches. You can try applying fusidic acid cream on it.
