WOUND UNDER SCROUTNUM

I have sended the pics below.. These pics are of under scroutnum ..i dont know how but this wound has appeared below scoutnum and is very painfull and irritating..the skin in this area is collapsing due to moisture in the wound .. And at nights the undergarmants also stick to this wound and when i remove it is again painfull. .i think it is appeared through often ejaculating ..if there is some other reason let me know and please suggest a remedy which can work on it.. I am waiting for your ans..but pls fast as it is painfull
