Wound not recovering

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, I had meet with an accident 1 month ago there was small wound on my leg, it is exact same location where there was burn in childhood , and this wound is not recovering , I am regularly dressing it and taking medicines but still having no impact of medicines , please advise me.
