Worsening depression after starting meds

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I just got put on antidepressants and ever since I started taking them I've gotten way worse. I'm constantly seconds away from a panic attack, suicidal thoughts are frequent, and I can't stop crying. It was bad before but it's 10x worse now.
