Worry over warts

I have warts on my fingers and I've been worried about finding some on my tongue. Is this something that commonly happens? Is it anything I need to worry about? I do not have genital warts nor does my partner. I've only ever had them on my hands. Do I need to worry about spreading them to my husband from my tongue? Or my child? I've cleaned her binky plenty of times by just using my own mouth in situations where there were no water
