I can understand your pain. Though you had some abortions and medical issues there are many positive factors. The most important factor is your age. In these days ladies marry at your age and they think about a baby by 30. So naturally they start treatment and identify the problem at very late. Another thing is the different options available in inferiority treatment. In majority of the situations this treatment limits to a visit to the Gynaecologist and some tests. They spend very less with a patient and psychological aspects of the patient and family is completely ignored. I would suggest you to seek the help of a Psychologist. I am specialised in inferiority counseling and if you are interested you can consult me online. Please don't ignore the psychological aspects and emotional element. It's not only important to get out of depression but your mental state do affects conception. Be positive, continue the treatment and seek psychological counseling.

Hello, I can understand your situation. There are good treatment methods available to concieve. So don't worry have faith in your doctor. It's usually the protocol which is to be followed so that you concieve with least intervention. Talk to your gynecologist about why there is a delay and what need to be done. Your glucose level is on higher side which is seen in PCOD.  PCOD can be a cause of not concieving at present. Take proper treatment and things will be better. Vent out your feelings. Stress can be a cause for increased prolactin levels.
Next Steps
Consult nearby psychiatric clinic.

Dear mam I can imagine you are going through a lot. Do not lose hope..talk to your gynecologist about the treatment options available. A lot of couples now a days are able to conceive despite having problems. I am aware that the treatment process can be quite overwhelming and a lot of couple feel depressed and hopeless. Remember, this is not the end of the world. It will happen if it is meant to be. Feeling sad, crying spells, feeling hopeless, disturbed sleep and appetite are all symptoms of depression and needs an evaluation by a psychiatrist. Please see a psychiatrist for further help. Treatment usually consists of either medication or psychological therapy. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
