Unusual to find worm in infant babies as they are not highly mobile and not exposed to contamination outside home. Always keep babies away from pets to avoid infestation of the pets affecting the babies. Mostly undigested food particles may look like small cut threads resembling worms especially Banana fibre thread. Most of the times nothing to do.
Next Steps
Get stool examination in case of doubt.

It can be due to intestinal worms, which are common in children and usually treatable. Please consult a pediatrician for proper examination and deworming medicine. Maintain hand hygiene, trim nails, wash fruits/vegetables properly, and keep the child’s surroundings clean. If the baby has vomiting, abdominal swelling, fever, poor feeding, or persistent worms, get checked urgently.

Greetings. visible findings closely resemble common infant conditions such as a pinworm/threadworm infestation, a roundworm infection, or an accidental ingestion of harmless dietary fibers (like banana strings) that can mimic worms in diapers. Kindly consult
