Workout after post COVID
Hi ,I had tested COVID positive 1 month back and been home quarantine with mild symptoms. Now I am back to normal life but still suffering with weakness at legs. Can I start working out(hitting gym or walking) as I put on weight due to staying at home?

Hello , if you have tested negative now and are asymptomatic , you can resume your daily activities including Gym slowly. As for weakness , your body has under gone stress of corona ,  you should be taking some multivitamins etc and nutricious diet to help you achieve your pre corona stamina. Regular exercise boosts immunity Thanks .
