Wood's lamp test. For vitiligo!

I m an Ayurvedic physician.my 3 months old daughter has some white patches on her skin under the both eyes and cheeks(temporal region).onset of patches started gradually when my daughter was 1month old. My daughter also have nasolacrimal duct blockage.so doctor prescribed her eyedrop combination of  tobramycin and moxifloxacin.which we gave her since she was 15 days old. So now we can't differentiate either that patches are allergic to eyedrop or previtiligo or vitiligo. My mother has vitiligo So we worry about vitiligo due to family history.we visited dermatologist they said they can't diagnosed anything right now.just wait n watch...but it is actually breathtaking condition to me. ... Plz guide me where I can confirm the disease.where in India wood's lamp test is perform for confirmatory diagnosis for vitiligo
