I am 20 year old female. Till 3 months back I was having a problem of having frequent periods I checked with my Dr she said it's normal. After that I had unprotected sex nd consumed contraceptive pill (option 72) with in 24 hours. Then again had unprotected sex with in 72 hrs of consumption of that pill. I missed my periods for past 3 months and now am suffering from nausea. There is no change in weight. Can I be pregnant?

Do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy and if it is Negative then u would need an ultrasound to clear doubts on PCOs or any other pathology. .
