Weaknesses of the leg can be fatigue and exertion due increased production of lactic acid due to insufficient oxygen saturation or due to inadvertent production of free radicals.
I would like to suggest you to take antioxidants and anti inflammatory agent like NSAIDs or Steroids.

Hii
You might have not been mobilised well during your COVID period
And also tiredness, fatigue, Muscle pain, weakness are residual symptoms in post COVID period ...
So don't worry
Keep on good diet and good exercise
You can take some medications temporarily for few days
Just a word of caution you can and you should go and visit the physician to rule out DVT means deep vein thrombosis.
Best luck
Thanks
