He is potty trained..but he is trying to hold it as much as he can..he does it once in 3 or 4 days.. He doesn't seem to be constipated. Drinks good amount of water and fiber food... Not sure of the issue.. please help

Just give him some time...sometimes children develop this kinds of fear related to passing stools..make it is a pleasant experience for him by rewarding him stars or smileys etc..or by praising him..dnt discuss too much bout it infront of him

Hi children develop attachment towards objects. You mentioned that your boy is using a potty once in 3-4 days. If he is six years old give him some time. Does he play with other kids?
