It is generally recommended to avoid any unnecessary procedures or activities that may cause discomfort or disrupt the healing process after a wisdom tooth surgery. Laser hair removal sessions involve exposing the skin to laser energy, which can potentially irritate the area around the surgical site. To ensure a smooth and uneventful recovery, it is best to consult with your oral surgeon or dentist before scheduling any laser hair removal sessions. They will be familiar with your specific case and can provide personalized advice based on your healing progress and the extent of the surgery. It's important to prioritize your oral health and allow sufficient time for the surgical site to heal properly. Following the post-operative instructions provided by your dentist or oral surgeon will help minimize the risk of complications and ensure a faster recovery. If you have any concerns or questions, it's always best to seek guidance from your healthcare professional.

Hi laser hair removal can be done despite the wisdom tooth surgery. If laser hair removal is for your face wait a bit longer for the discomfort post surgery to resolve and then go ahead. Since it's been only four days continue your medication and get sutures removed on the 7th day depending on the healing.

Laser hair removal should not hurt teeth or gums. You can go ahead with your hair removal session.
Next Steps
If you have pain or sensitivity in your gums and teeth after laser hair removal. I'd recommend visiting your dentist as this could be caused by an underlying dental condition
Health Tips
The laser does not penetrate deep enough to reach these areas

If you are pain free and without much symptoms as it has almost been a week since the extraction then you can go ahead with laser treatment.
