Wisdom tooth pus.
My wisdom tooth back gum inflammation and lots of food stuck in that area and pus created and pain in ear cheeks and head.
If i press than pus and food remove.
I done operculectomy but wisdom tooths back have a hole base of food and pus.
What i do now. ?
If i gargle than no come out food particles..
I done cbct scan than there show gap like base of food materials and pus..
What u suggest to me ?

Go for extraction of wisdom tooth .. as a long standing pus and infection may create other problems like abscess , trismus ( less mouth opening)

If the impacted tooth is hampering chewing, brushing cannot remove d food stuff ,pain & pus formation continues it will complicate more in future..Abscess will start draining through bone (sinus tract),there can b difficulty in mouth opening also

Do warm saline mouth bath regularly.. can use tanctum mouth rinse before food if its paining during chewing
Consult dental surgeon for proper antibiotics , analgesics & extract the tooth

If the tooth is posing problems and operculectomy is also not proving to be much useful then you can remove the wisdom tooth.
Wisdom teeth don't need to be replaced after removal.

It's better to go for extraction. That tooth is not going to be involved in normal function, so better extract.
